The Warren County Superior and Juvenile Courts Office responsibilities include:
The management of civil and criminal cases along with juvenile court records as well as permanently filing, recording and preserving records such as deeds, plats, liens, judgments and military discharge records.
The clerk’s office also provides additional support for the court by managing court records and, trial calendars, issuing subpoenas and court notices and jury summons; collecting and disbursing fees, fines, and other costs, and attending all court proceedings.
